At EverydayBargains we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. We have designed this policy to be fair, transparent, and in line with your rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right please notify us in writing at our support email within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received your cancellation notice you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

30 Day Return Window

In addition to your statutory rights we offer an extended 30 day return window from the date of delivery for most products. For electronic items return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Requests submitted after these windows unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept return and exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • Item received is damaged or broken upon arrival
  • Item received is incorrect wrong product, wrong colour, or wrong size sent
  • Item has missing parts or accessories
  • Item is defective or not functioning as described in the listing
  • Item significantly does not match the product description or images on our website

Non-Eligible Reasons

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind after the 14 day statutory cooling off period has passed
  • Customer selected the wrong size or colour β€” please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product's core functionality
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for your request
  2. Attach clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue with your item
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days
  4. If your request is approved we will provide you with full instructions on the next steps

Refund or Replacement Options

Depending on the nature of your issue we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Return Postage

For returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items received, we will cover the cost of return postage. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your request.

For change of mind returns within the 14 day cooling off period, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
